The Total amount due Artist is to be paid no later than immediately after the engagement unless otherwise specified in writing. If Artist is not paid on the day of engagement or prior to it, the purchaser agrees to pay an additional ten percent (10%) of the total agreed price for each day thereafter until Artist has been paid in full.

If the purchaser breaches this contract, he shall pay Artist agreed wage plus any and all attorney's fees incurred from negotiations concerning this contract. The purchaser assumes liability for the amount stated herein, any damages to the equipment or person of Dave Binder occurring on the premises of the engagement, and acknowledges responsibility to be fully acquainted, now and for the duration of this contract with the contents thereof.

Rider

Dave Binder always strives to provide his audiences with the best possible performance. To insure a quality performance the following conditions must be adhered to as closely as possible. Your cooperation is deeply appreciated.

(A) SET-UP-TIME
A minimum of two hours before the performance to set up and make technical checks. THIS TIME IS ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE. Two (2) strong and able bodied stage hands will be needed to assist artist upon arrival and departure. If the load in involves any stairs or loading platforms, dock, etc., a minimum of Four (4) stage hands will be necessary.

(B) STAGING
If the performance site does not already have a stage, please provide the artist with risers or platforms to form a stage with minimum dimensions of 16 feet long and 12 feet deep and elevated if possible.

(C) STAGE POWER
A minimum of two (2) 20 amp circuits for sound reinforcement are required. Additional power should be available for lighting equipment and should be separate from the stage circuits.

(D) LIGHTING
Stage lighting required. Lighting should be brighter than the audience area and sufficently focused on artist. A spot light or track lights are acceptable, however theatrical lighting is always appreciated when available. Artist will provide sound.

(E) DRESSING ROOM
A secure room preferably with bathroom facilities and two bath towels.

(F) ACCOMMODATIONS
One Non-Smoking, King hotel room (preferably one that accepts dogs) on the evening of the performance, or an additional fee of ninety-five ($95.00) dollars.

(G) FOOD
A Non-Dairy meal on the evening of the performance and beverages consisting of bottled spring water, and Cran-Apple juice, during the performance are requested.
